On March 15 – 20, 2016, the 15th International Contemporary Art Fair ART PRAGUE will be held in Prague. The previous successful editions have proved the viability of the event which provides an opportunity to view the original artworks of up to 250 artists in the period of one week. 36 galleries will offer artworks embracing almost all art fields; painting, drawing, graphic arts, sculpture, art glass, installation, video projection etc.

As a novelty, we are introducing the concept of a gradual interconnection of the Czech Republic and the international art scene. The fair programme will include discussion panels presenting experts and artists from the Czech Republic and USA. Our aim is to support the relations between the two countries in the field of visual arts, to extend the mutual support of art projects and to highlight the role of Prague in the context of international visual arts. In the following editions, we are considering a co-operation with the art scene in Austria and further France and the Netherlands.
