DESCRIPTION:ASCOLTA PIOVE\nsolo show – Lorenzo Gnata \nMarch 18 – April 15\, 2023 \nopening Saturday 18 March at 11/20\nCRAG Gallery – Home Gallery\, Via Maria Vittoria 45\, Turin \nAs part of Novissimi+\, the first edition of the To.Be call dedicated to the professional growth of emerging artists\, coming from a training course at the Accademia Albertina in Turin\, the Ghёddo Association and CRAG – Chiono Reisova Art Gallery present Listen. It’s raining\, personal exhibition of Lorenzo Gnata.\nThe exhibition proposal\, curated by the Ghёddo Association and CRAG Gallery is part of a wider program of exhibitions\, curated by the Ghёddo Association\, which provides for the collaboration between artists and contemporary art spaces in the Turin area. The entire project is carried out with the support and patronage of the Accademia Albertina of Turin and the City of Turin and with the support of the Venesio Foundation.\nListen. It’s raining – the title of which draws inspiration from Gabriele D’Annunzio’s famous poem Rain in the Pine Grove – is a project specially conceived by Lorenzo Gnata for CRAG Gallery. «Those of the “poet poet” are verses full of panic sensations\, in which the rain\, like an invisible veil\, without distinction\, covers and envelops everything\, making everything a single pulsation of nature» – says the artist.\nThus\, conceived as an aesthetic homage to Nature and to the places where human feeling and the plant world interpenetrate\, the exhibition narrates\, through sculptures and environmental installations\, the ineffable delicacy of emotions. \nThe exhibition will be open every day by appointment \nArtist biography\nLorenzo Gnata [1997] born in Biella\, lives and works in Turin. In 2022 he obtained a second level diploma in painting at the Accademia Albertina in Turin. His artistic research focuses on the existential themes of contemporary man\, showing all his fragility through actions with a strong poetic impact. The artist’s works have been exhibited at: Tate Britain (London)\, Reggia di Venaria – Giardini (Turin)\, La Triennale (Milan)\, Fondazione Treccani (Naples)\, Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa (Venice)\, Artissima (Turin) and they are part of important public and private collections.\nGhёddo Association biography\nGhëddo is a cultural association active in Turin since 2021 with the aim of organizing cultural projects to enhance and promote young emerging art. The association aims to create a dynamic network between artists\, galleries and independent spaces in the area\, promoting cooperation experiences in order to build a supportive bond and generate dynamics of human\, ethical and artistic exchange. Piove\, mostra personale di Lorenzo Gnata. \nLa proposta espositiva\, curata da Associazione Ghёddo e CRAG Gallery si inserisce in un programma più ampio di mostre\, a cura di Associazione Ghёddo\, che prevede la collaborazione tra artisti e spazi d’arte contemporanea del territorio torinese. L’intero progetto è realizzato con il supporto e il patrocinio dell’Accademia Albertina di Torino e della Città di Torino e con il sostegno della Fondazione Venesio. \nAscolta. Piove – il cui titolo trae ispirazione dalla celebre poesia di Gabriele D’annunzio La pioggia nel pineto – è un progetto appositamente ideato da Lorenzo Gnata per CRAG Gallery. «Quelli del “poeta vate” sono versi carichi di sensazioni paniche\, nei quali la pioggia\, come un velo invisibile\, senza distinzioni\, copre e avvolge ogni cosa\, rendendo il tutto un’unica pulsazione della natura» – afferma l’artista. \nCosì\, concepita come un omaggio estetico alla Natura e ai luoghi di compenetrazione tra sentimento umano e mondo vegetale\, la mostra racconta\, attraverso sculture e installazioni ambientali\, l’ineffabile delicatezza delle emozioni. \nLa mostra sarà aperta ogni giorno su appuntamento \n  \nBiografia artista\nLorenzo Gnata [1997] nato a Biella\, vive e lavora a Torino. Nel 2022 consegue il diploma di secondo livello in pittura presso l’Accademia Albertina di Torino. La sua ricerca artistica si concentra attorno ai temi esistenziali dell’uomo contemporaneo\, mostrandone\, attraverso azioni dal forte impatto poetico\, tutte le fragilità.
